What do I do when my contract is not in the system or is incomplete?

Contracts that existed prior to the Launch of the ERP had to be manually added. Due to the high volume of these contracts some are not in the system yet or needed to be corrected. Contracts team has been inputting these and continuously working on these and prioritizing by urgency. Please contact contracts@sandag.org for questions regarding a particular contract. In addition, we will be setting up some office hours to help individuals that are having issues with their contract to get their questions answered in these open sessions.
